Kathrine Byra, MD

Kathrine Byra, MD, is a skilled, caring, board-certified Pediatrician at Angel Kids Pediatrics in Jacksonville, Amelia Island, and Saint Johns, Florida. Dr. Byra loves being a Pediatrician and being able to keep children healthy as she watches them grow into young adults.

Dr. Byra is a native of Florida but relatively new to the Jacksonville area. She grew up in Tampa and studied at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Science.

She attended medical school at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa and remained there for her Residency in Pediatrics. Later on, she graduated from the USF Pediatrics program and successfully passed her board exams. 

Dr. Byra met her husband in medical school. In July 2013, they moved to the Jacksonville area together after he accepted a position as a Radiologist at Ascension St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville.
